Order Policy:
Please read all of the following policies before placing your order. If you have questions, please email us at sales@treasuresindisplay.com before you place your order.

Order Placement Policy:
After placing an order, you will receive an email within 24 hours from paypal confirming your order was placed. At this time, your credit card will be authorized. When your order ships, your credit card will be charged. We do not send packing slips with orders. Orders generally run 1-3 business days. Incase of out of stock item, the rest of the order will be shipped minus the missing item or items and the back order will ship as soon as it comes back in stock. Please notify us immediately if you wish for your back order to be cancelled.

Shipping Methods:
Shipping is done through UPS, FedEx and USPS. Shipping takes 3-7 business days within the U.S.
We reserve the right to send shipments by the carrier of our choice. If you have special delivery needs please contact us with your request and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

Shipping and Handling:
Shipping Costs are not included in the listed prices for each item. Within the continental United States, please refer to the shipping chart below: (note: shipping fees will be added to the total at the time of checkout)

Sales Tax:
Illinois Residents will be charged appropriate Sales Tax. As laws pertaining to internet sales change, residents of other states may be subject to sales tax as well.

Damaged Item Policy:
Please hold damaged items in original shipping carton and contact us within 3 days for further instructions.

Return Policy:
As we are sure that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, there is the occassion that
you may need to return an item. Please contact us within 5 days of reciept of your order for instructions. Refunds will be given for merchandise less the shipping and handling cost. Shipping
and insurance cost to return items will not be reimbursed. Merchandise must be received within 10 days of when returned instructions were given.
